World Teachers' Day, held annually on October 5th since 1994, commemorates teachers’
organizations worldwide. Its aim is to mobilize support for teachers
and to ensure that the needs of future generations will continue to be
met by teachers.
According to UNESCO, World Teachers' Day represents a significant token of the awareness, understanding and appreciation displayed for the vital contribution that teachers make to education and development.
Luckily, I have had many great teachers throughout my school life but if I had to pick one out it would be my Spanish teacher back from primary school. She had outstanding ways of teaching and was like a mother to us. I still keep in touch with her and hope to do so for a long time.

The best teacher I have ever had was in primary school. Her name is Mª Victoria and she helped me to learn important things for secondary school, but also, she made me a good person and she taught me life things and how to live with a little bit more of humour. Then, in secondary school I had some good teachers, for example, I have had a biology teacher who made me love this subject and I was looking forward to the lesson. More over, I had very good teachers, but they didn't explain us the theory of the book, so they told us things that they have lived with their experience. In conclusion, we have had several teachers who my classmates have hated, but I consider they were quite clever.

-In my whole life I have had a lot of good teachers but there are some of them that in my opinion are better than the others. For example in primary school I had a nice P.E. teacher and I also had a very great spanish language teacher. I think we are lucky to have teachers in general but we are luckier to have good teachers. I think that kind of teachers don't get anything in return either good or bad teachers which is unfair. These teachers make you love the subject and usually if the teacher is good the students' behaviour will be also good. In secondary school I have had many amazing teachers with who I have learnt a lot. I really can't understand how they know so much.

Luckily, I had a loving and warm teacher called "Mariví" who taught me during four years. She helped me to be a better student; I started to get better marks and ask me questions about my future. Our behavior wasn't always good enough, but she taught us what was good or bad without getting angry. I learned language, maths and sciences but I learned about life too.
