THE ISLEÑOS

Today our assistant teacher Camilo Montoya played a really interesting video about a small community in Louisiana called the Isleños, descendant of settlers from the Canary Island. It's really worth watching.

    A rather unknown ethnic community in the USA that has contributed greatly in various fields. Cajuns are more well-known.
