HEALTHY TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFE

We have started a new Project in our school this year. It´s called: HEALTHY TIPS FOR A HEALTHY LIFE.

Our purpose is to offer our students some information to have a healthier lifestyle, from different points of view .

In spite of the hard situation we are living, we have designed a series of activities related to this topic. Throughout this term, we have dealt with :

-       JUNK FOOD: AMOUNT OF CALORIES IT HAS AND  THE RESULT OF AN EXCESSIVE INTAKEOF THIS KIND OF FOOD.

-        SUGAR: DANGERS OF TOO MUCH SUGAR IN OUR DIET

We have two “HEALTHY CORNERS “in the school, where some of these activities are displayed; apart from this, we also have the blog to show our work and some comments about the activities.

We are going to go on working on this Project and creating new activities about  having a “HEALTHY LIFESTYLE”.

ThIs is a video about junk food  some of our students have watched and commented  in class.
